New client? When you hear from me with an estimate, buy a thirty-minute credit for £15.00 and wait to see the first pages of work before buying more credits. When your credit balance nears zero I will send you an e-mail, together with all the work so far completed.
Established client, or client in a hurry? If you prefer, give me the green light to finish the job by pre-paying the entire estimate. I provide all clients with a receipted invoice for work done.
If you have just a short linguistic or cultural question that I can sort out in five or ten minutes, please buy a half-hour credit for £15.00. You can use the balance for further enquiries or other work at any time in the six months following your purchase.
